The Enquiry
We acknowledge within two hours. A fifteen-minute discovery call follows, scoped to confirm fit and arrange a survey.

The Survey
A no-obligation site visit. We measure, photograph, probe substrates, and listen carefully to your brief.

The Proposal
A written specification within five working days. Every product, sheen, primer system, and number of coats named.
iv.
The Samples
Painted A2 sample boards in your chosen colours and sheens. Reviewed in your own light. Signed off in writing.
v.
The Work
Protected site, daily reset, HEPA dust extraction. Lighting checks at every stage. End-of-day walkthrough on request.
vi.
The Handover
A snagging walk together. A written care guide. Twenty-four months of aftercare on workmanship.
